An Act relative to the cost of new electrical transmission ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 9A of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as inserted by subsection 21(a) of Section 11 of Chapter of 169 the Acts of 2008,  is hereby amended  in the first sentence by adding after the word “needs” the words:- “and electric transmission.” And in the second sentence after the word “supply”, the words, “or electric transmission.” 

Said chapter as, inserted by subsection (b) (1) of Section 21 of Chapter of 169 the Acts of 2008, is hereby amended in the second sentence by adding after the word, “supply” the words “electric transmission” .

Said chapter as, inserted by subsection (b) (2) of Section 21 Chapter of 169 the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in the first sentence by adding after the words, “supply” the words, “or electric transmission”.

Said chapter as, inserted by subsection (3) (d) (2) of Section 21 Chapter of 169 the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in the first sentence by adding after the words, “supply” the words, “or electric transmission”.
