An Act related to learner's permits..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 8B of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

Upon request, and the payment of a fee to be determined by registrar, the holder of a learner’s permit shall be provided a laminated learner’s permit in lieu of paper form, by the registrar.
