An Act relative to disabled veterans' motor vehicles plates..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The 18th paragraph of section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 12 of chapter 124 of the Acts of 2002, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- The surviving spouse of an veteran that is eligible for a veterans’ number plate with the official emblem shall be eligible to receive such plate and emblem without charge.
