In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act relative to MBTA parking fees..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall reduce the fees at all their parking facilities to the amount in effect on July 2, 2008.
