An Act relative to those holding junior operator driver's licenses..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “90F.” of paragraph (e) the following:—

No person holding a junior operator driver’s license shall operate a motor vehicle while using a wireless telecommunications device.
