An Act Requiring Driving Tests On Certain License Renewals..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the 14th paragraph the following paragraph:-

All persons licensed to operate a motor vehicle shall be required to take and pass a driving test upon each even numbered renewal.
