An Act banning the sale of tobacco products at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority facilities..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection after subsection (r):

(s) Any concession or lease of property pursuant to subsection c(i) of section 5 must contain a prohibition on the sale of any and all tobacco products.
