An Act RELATIVE TO ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION OF LICENSE EXPIRATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 129B of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “send” in line 174, the following words:- electronically.

SECTION 2.  Section 131 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “send” in line 291, the following words:- electronically.
