An Act relative to annual energy expenses for eligible veterans..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; and shall also include any electrical costs incurred by the veteran.”
