An Act relative to the stabilization fund..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2H of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 26 after “affecting state revenues” the following:-

; provided, such determination by the general court shall require a two-thirds vote of the senate and the house of representatives
