An Act relative to trans fat in school served products..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1C of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph:-

The board shall require that public schools providing breakfasts or lunches meet the nutrition standards set by the USDA by limiting fat, saturated fat, and trans fat in all food products served to students, teachers and faculty.
