An Act to Amend the Special Education Reimbursement Program..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5A (c) of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding to the end of paragraph 1 the following:-“, or the percent increase in the standard rate of eligible services as determined annually by the department of Elementary and Secondary Education.”
