An Act relative to municipal structures..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the term "stadium" as used in the uniform state plumbing code shall not include any seating structure or facility used primarily for the viewing of secondary school athletic events.
