An Act relative to the cooling off period for former state employees..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (e) of section 5 of chapter 268A, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "legislative", in line 26, the following words:- or executive

SECTION 2.  Subsection (e) of section 5 of chapter 268A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 28 and 29, the words “the governmental body with which he has been associated, within one year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  the legislature and the executive branch, within two years
