An Act relative to fees for performing marriages paid to the state secretary..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 39 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “twenty-five dollars” in line 5 and inserting in place thereof the figure:-  $250.
