An Act Providing for Regulation of Health Insurance Rates. ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

This bill would require any company issuing a health insurance policy under MGLc 175 Section 108 to annually file a schedule of rates with the Insurance Commissioner for approval.  No policy would be issued until such approval is received.
