An Act Relative to Eliminating the Medical Securities Trust..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION  1.  Chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by deleting Section 14G.

SECTION  2.  All proceeds accumulated in the Medical Security Trust Fund on the date of dissolution, shall be deposited in the unemployment insurance trust fund.
