An Act relative to allied health instructors at vocational schools..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 74 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5B the following section:— Section 5C. Registered nurses who serve as allied health instructors at a vocational school and possess bachelor or master degrees in nursing shall not be required to take an additional exams or courses

to qualify as such.
