An Act to provide incentives for productive workers compensation orders..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, there shall be a law that creates a ‘true up’ provision concerning workers’ compensation insurance premiums. Productive audits conducted by insurance companies in order to clarify discrepancies between actual premiums and estimated premiums of issued policies shall encourage the cooperation and disclosure of the insured.
