An Act relating to motor vehicle license suspensions..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the registry of motor vehicles is prohibited from suspending the license of any motor vehicle operator found civilly responsible under the provisions of section 70C of chapter 277 of the general laws.
