An Act addressing bullying of children with autism spectrum disorder..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by adding in line 105 after the word “proficiencies;” the following:

including skills and proficiencies to respond to and avoid bullying, harassment or teasing;
