An Act relative to vacant structures on state land in Taunton..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Division of Capital Asset Management shall raze all vacant and hazardous structures at both Taunton State Hospital and the former Paul A. Dever State School located in the City of Taunton, and conduct any other remediation necessary to conform to public health regulations.
