An Act relative to the Leonard Street parking deck in the City of Taunton..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Division of Capital Asset Management shall expend no less than $3.1 million to remediate and/or expand the City of Taunton parking deck on Leonard Street in order to have sufficient parking for the Taunton Judicial Complex now under construction.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
