An Act relative to automatic billing at health clubs..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 80 of chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The seller of health club services shall discontinue automatic monthly billing of fees to the buyer where the membership or the account has been inactive for a consecutive 6 month period.
