An Act relative to elderly housing..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 121B of the General Laws is herby amended by inserting after section 40 the following section:-

Section 41A.  All housing for elderly person of low income and housing constructed for persons 55 years of age or older or 62 years of age or older constructed after July 1, 2009 shall be handicap accessible.
