An Act providing for the transfer of certain state real property to the town of Hopkinton..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding section 40E through 40J of chapter 7 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary the commission of the division of capital asset management and maintenance may in consultation with the department of conservation and recreation may transfer care, custody and control of the Gatehouse and roadway on the Whitehall Reservoir Dam in the town of Hopkinton to said town.
