An Act relative to inhalant abuse by minors..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 35 of chapter 123 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following word :-“substances” in line 7 and 8, the following words:- substances having property of releasing toxic vapors.

SECTION 2.  For purposes of this act substances having property of releasing toxic vapors shall be described in section 18 of chapter 270 of the General Laws.
