An Act relative to Commonwealth Care..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of chapter 176Q of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding  the following subsection:-

(c)When an individual becomes ineligible, he shall be given 30 days notice prior to termination.
