An Act relative to dental hygienists..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 51 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 18 the words:- “under the appropriate supervision of a dentist”.

SECTION 2.  Said section 51 of said chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out in lines 30 and 31 the words:- “conducted under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist and”.
