An Act relative to pension fund investments by municipalities..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 22 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the word “participating” inserted by section 1 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2007.

SECTION 2.  Subdivision (8) of said section 22 of said chapter 32 is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (c ½), inserted by section 2 of said chapter 68.

SECTION 3.  Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2007 are hereby repealed.
