An Act relative to disability retirement..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The first paragraph of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-  No physical, mental or emotional disability action, including a disciplinary action, transfer, promotion, demotion, or termination, except such action which is the intentional infliction of emotional harm, shall be deemed to be a personal injury sustained or a hazard undergone as a result of, and while in the performance of, his duties within the meaning of this section.
