An Act increasing the fees for collector of taxes..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “five dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

not more than $30.

SECTION 2.Said section 15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 6, the figure “$10”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

$20.

SECTION 3.  Said section 15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 10, the figure “$5”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

$10.

SECTION 4. Said section15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out in lines 12, 14, 15 and 21, the figure “$10” and inserting in place thereof in each instance the following figure:-

$25.

SECTION 5. Said section 15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out in line 20, the figure “$17” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-

SECTION 6. Said section 15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 29 and 33, the figure “.30”,  and inserting in each instance thereof the following figure:-

SECTION 7. Said section 15 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 38, the figure “$40” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-
