An Act authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey certain land in the town of Agawam..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The division of capital asset management and maintenance, notwithstanding sections 40E to 40H, inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, shall convey certain land of the Commonwealth in the town of Agawam to the United Veterans of America, Inc. for the purpose of veteran’s housing.  Said parcel containing approximately 6 acres and is known as the Feeding Hills Training School.  The exact boundaries of the parcel shall be determined by the commissioner of the division of capital asset management and maintenance in consultation with the United Veterans’ of America, Inc. after completion of the survey.
