An Act allowing building surveyors to approve condominium plans..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (f) of section 8 of chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “engineer” in line19,the following words:-  building surveyor
