An Act relative to farmers' markets..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 2E of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “farm”, in lines 1, 2, and 8, the following words:- or farmer’s market.

SECTION 2.  Said section 2E of said chapter 128, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 16, the words “this farm” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- a farm or farmer’s market.
