An Act relative to 40B deed transfers..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The fifth paragraph of section 31 of chapter 184 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the 1st sentence, the following sentence:-Subsequent to the transfer or selling of a low income housing unit from one owner to another, said unit shall remain as low income housing regardless of the new owner’s income status.
