An Act relative to the transportation of swimming pools..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 9 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- One-piece swimming pools of 16 feet in width may be drawn on the highways of the commonwealth.
