An Act requiring to MBTA remove snow from the bus stops..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 161A of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 35 the following section:-

Section 38A.  The authority shall clear ice and snow form bus stops enabling passengers to board safely in the same manner as to city or town requires the removal of snow from sidewalks.  Failure to do so shall be subject to the authority to the same fines as failure to clear sidewalks.
