An Act Order relative to special procedures for consideration of the Senate Bill preserve and protect the integrity of the state pension system.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of any rule to the contrary, further amendments to the recommended new text for Senate, No. 2026, or any amendments or further amendments to the bill, or any substitute or substitute text recommended for or offered to the subject matter contained therein, shall be properly filed with the Clerk of the House in electronic format to be determined by the Clerk as directed by the Speaker prior to five o’clock P.M. on Monday, April 13, 2009, except for perfecting amendments offered by the Committee on Ways and Means; provided, however, that such recommended new text for Senate, No. 2026, shall be available to the members of the House of Representatives no later than six o’clock P.M. on Friday, April 10, 2009; and provided further, that no amendment or further amendment which raises revenue shall be in order.
