An Act to recognize that poker is a game of skill..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

  SECTION 1.  Section 7 of chapter 271 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof, after line 14, the following:—

    Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit, limit, criminalize, regulate, or require a license to operate, set up, promote, aid, play, or otherwise participate in games of skill played peer-to-peer, including but not limited to poker.
