An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Jennifer Moniz, an employee of the Registry of Motor Vehicles..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the registrar of motor vehicles shall establish a sick leave bank for Jennifer Moniz, an employee of the registry of motor vehicles.  Any employee of the registry of motor vehicles may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to said sick bank for use by said Jennifer Moniz for his her illness or the illness of her mother.  Whenever Jennifer Moniz terminates employment with the registry or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
