An Act relative to the health insurance plan of the town of Hanson..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Part time elected officials of the town of Hanson who receive a salary or stipend may become members of the town’s health insurance plan if they pay 100 per cent of the cost plus any administrative costs that may be assessed by the board of selectmen not to exceed 2 per cent of the plan’s cost.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
