An Act authorizing the Dukes County contributory retirement system to grant certain retirement benefits..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Dukes County contributory retirement system is hereby authorized and directed to recalculate the retirement benefits of Joann DeBettencourt, crediting her with 34 years of creditable service at the age of 57.
