An Act relative to the lease of Day Agricultural and Conservation Land in the town of Westford. ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Westford, acting by and through its conservation commission, may lease a portion of certain land, under the care and custody of the commission, for agricultural purposes, for a period of up to 10 years.  Said land is known as the Day Agricultural and Conservation Land and is shown on Westford assessors map 26 parcel 37.

SECTION 2.  The act shall take effect upon its passage.
