An Act providing visitation rights for great grandparents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 23 of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “grandparents” in lines 34, 40, 44 and 45, in each instance, the words:- and great grandparents.

SECTION 2.  Section 26 of said chapter 119, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “grandparents” in lines 92, 98, 101 and 102, in each instance, the words:- and great grandparents.

SECTION 3.  Section 39D of said chapter 119, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “grandparents”, in lines 17 and 19, in each instance, the words:- and great grandparents.
