An Act Establishing a Sick Leave Bank for a Certain Employee of the Trial Court..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the trial court of the commonwealth shall establish a sick leave bank for Deborah Armstrong an employee of Franklin/Hampshire division of the juvenile court department of the trial court.  Any employee of the trial court may contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Deborah Armstrong.  Upon such time as said Deborah Armstrong termination employment with said juvenile court or requests to dissolve said sick bank the balance of sick leave shall be transferred to the juvenile court paid leave bank.
