An Act regarding Drivers License information..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The registrar shall collect the following information from all persons issued licenses, if 21 years of age or older the name of a person to be contacted in case of any emergency and from persons under 21 years of age then next of kin or if there is no next of kin a person standing in place of a next of kin.
