SECTION 1.
Section 1 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by including the following definitions:
Blood alcohol content:
Disposition:
The number of grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood; or the number of grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath; or the number of grams of alcohol per 67 milliliters of urine. Blood alcohol content is also known as: blood alcohol level, blood alcohol concentration, and BAC.
A conviction, guilty plea, placement on probation, continuance without a finding or admission to sufficient facts.
