An Act An Act Authorizing The Town Of Plymouth To Conduct A Referendum Election On January 19, 2010.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Notwithstanding section 6-3 of chapter 5 of the town of Plymouth’s charter or any other general or special law, by-law or charter provision to the contrary, the town of Plymouth may hold a referendum election on January, 19, 2010.  

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
