An Act Relative to the boundaries of the Fore River designated port area..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, a certain parcel of land located on the easterly side of East Howard Street in the City of Quincy and northerly of Quincy Avenue in the Town of Braintree is hereby eliminated as a Designated Port Area under 301 C.M.R. 25 and 310 C.M.R. 9 and any other applicable provisions of the code of Massachusetts regulations.

Said parcel is located at 97 East Howard Street, City of Quincy Assessors Map/Block/Lot #2094/15/6A, 2094/15/6B, 2094/15/8A, and 2094/15/8C and at 575 Quincy Avenue in the Town of Braintree Assessors Map/Lot #3084/3. Said parcel contains approximately 110 acres of land and water.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
